Create, Use and Edit Templates

Templates are an easy way to gain time if you spend a lot of it sending similar emails.

Just prepare canned responses and have them ready when the situation calls for them.

Create a template

  1. Open any conversation
  2. Click on New Email
  3. At the bottom left of the text box, click on the templates icon
  4. Click on New
  5. Create your message and click Save

Use a template

  1. Open the Templates menu as described above
  2. Click on Insert this template to insert it in your message

Edit a template

  1. Open the Templates menu as described above
  2. Click anywhere in a row to edit the corresponding template

Delete a template

  1. Open the Templates menu as described above
  2. Click anywhere in a row to edit the corresponding template
  3. Click the bin icon at the right of the settings
