Split a Conversation

Sometimes an issue deserves its own conversation/task. Or maybe the person writing to you has several requests, some of which need to be handled by someone else.

Not to worry, you can select a message and create a new conversation for it.

Here's how you do it:

  1. In any message, click the three dots at the top right.
  2. At the bottom of the dropdown menu, click on Move this email to a new conversation
