Snooze a Conversation

One of Rooftop's goals is to keep your inbox/to-do list as clean as possible. This is why you have the opportunity to snooze any conversation or task that doesn't require immediate action and have it reappear at the appropriate time. No need to set a reminder to follow up with a customer or to renew a subscription. Snooze it, and forget it.

There are 2 ways you can snooze a conversation:

  1. From a conversation list: Hover over the title of the conversation and an alarm clock icon will appear. Click on the alarm clock and pick a date for the conversation to reappear.
  2. From inside a conversation: Click on the Snooze button at the top of the screen and pick a date for the conversation to reappear.
