It may happen that you can't see a conversation in your mailbox right away; for exemple because it's been archived
Here's what you can do about it.
Rooftop has an advanced search engine that allow you to find messages and conversations based on any element.
If the conversation hasn't been fully deleted, the search feature will help you find it.
Some emails might be blocked for security reasons by our SPAM filter. There's no spam folder in Rooftop so you might need to check in your regular mailbox if it seems like an email is missing. As soon as an email is moved from your spam folder to your inbox, it will appear in Rooftop.
