Create a New Conversation

There are 2 ways to get a conversation started.

From a new email

In case you need to send a simple email that doesn't require any type of collaboration, this is a good option.

  1. Click New Email in the menu at the left of your screen.
  2. Write and send your email
  3. A new conversation will have been created and you can access it from My Conversations or Sent Emails

From New Conversation

Follow this procedure if you're going to involve more people or if you only need to communicate internally.

  1. Instead of clicking on New Email, click on the dropdown arrow next to it
  2. Click on New Conversation
