Life is too short to spend time on boring manual tasks.

This is why we built Automated Rules, which allow you to automatically route emails to the right person and classify them in the right category.

This feature can also be helpful to route emails to someone else when someone on your team is unavailable or out of office.

Create a rule

  1. Click on your name at the top left of the screen
  2. Click on Settings
  3. In the settings, click on Inbox
  4. Assign an email address to an owner or to a subcategory

From there, every email sent to that address will land in that teammate's mailbox and/or will be classified in the right category.
