Assign a Conversation

You can easily assign a conversation to any user in your account.

In the To Assign panel

  1. Get to the To Assign panel
  2. Check the box to the left of any conversation
  3. Click on Change value in the menu that appears
  4. Make sure the selected value is Owner
  5. Assign any user in the account

In a conversation category

Access a conversation list from the categories at the left of the screen and follow the exact same steps as in the previous section.

In a conversation

  1. Select any conversation
  2. Click on the Owner dropdown menu in the Conversation Info near the top of the screen
  3. Choose who you want to assign the conversation to

Automatic assignment

You can automatically assign conversations through automated rules.
