You can easily assign a conversation to any user in your account.
In the To Assign panel
- Get to the To Assign panel
- Check the box to the left of any conversation
- Click on Change value in the menu that appears
- Make sure the selected value is Owner
- Assign any user in the account
In a conversation category
Access a conversation list from the categories at the left of the screen and follow the exact same steps as in the previous section.
In a conversation
- Select any conversation
- Click on the Owner dropdown menu in the Conversation Info near the top of the screen
- Choose who you want to assign the conversation to
You can automatically assign conversations through automated rules.
